1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made through Antiochia in Focus. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your purchase applies to your order.

2. Products

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, brightness, tone, and finish may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting, and production process.

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and offer a refund or another suitable solution.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, and other inaccuracies at any time.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not mean the order has been finally accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in cases such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout through the payment methods offered on the website. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully approved.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 4 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, shipping provider, customs procedures, and seasonal demand.

Antiochia in Focus is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and correct shipping information. If incorrect address details are provided, any additional shipping or handling costs may be charged to the customer.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and related fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on the website.

8. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to info@antiochinfocus.com before the 14-day period has expired.

You must then return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

To qualify for a return under this right, the item should be returned in its original condition. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the item.

9. Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at  info@antiochinfocus.com before sending it back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the following generally applies:

  • the item must be returned within the applicable return or withdrawal period

  • the item should be in its original condition

  • the item should be packaged securely

  • proof of purchase must be included or otherwise provided

Unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable except where required by mandatory law:

  • custom-made items

  • made-to-order items

  • commissioned icons

  • personalized products

  • gift cards, if applicable

  • items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, mishandling, or abnormal use

For the avoidance of doubt, the statutory EU withdrawal right does not generally apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

11. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at  info@antiochinfocus.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item

  • clear photos of the packaging, including any eventual shipping damage

This is especially important for damage in transit, since shipping-related claims may depend on timely notice and documentation.

If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the case, this may include:

  • a replacement

  • a refund

  • a partial refund

  • store credit

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within [5 to 10 business days] or within the period required by applicable law. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our mistake, a defective item, or shipping damage for which we accept responsibility.

However, any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

13. Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed, or returned to us because the customer did not collect it or provided incorrect shipping information, we reserve the right to deduct from any refund:

  • the original shipping cost

  • the return shipping cost

  • customs charges or handling fees

  • any reasonable administrative costs

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antiochia in Focus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
